- The Mainstage is the Flat Rock Playhouse Mainstage, has two double doors under a large Flat Rock Playhouse Light Marquee
- Rehearsal Hall is the small building with two red doors located to the right of the Flat Rock Playhouse Mainstage. It is across the from the main white house and to the right of the dining hall (the dining hall has a small outside porch area)
